REGISTRATION FOR PANAGIN IS NOW OPEN

 

Tuition for both students and teachers is $205 USD.

Please be aware that many schools from both Tri-Association and AASSA will be in attendance. Space is limited please register your teams as soon as possible.

To register you will need to all have all the information pertaining to your traveling team members and your project workshop(s) in order to complete registration.

 

GIN Project Team Requirements:  Each school may send up to five teams of students, from grades 6-12, and each team may be comprised of 2 to 6 students.  That means each school could send as few as two students or as many as 30! At least TWO chaperones must accompany each school’s students regardless of the number of student participants.

 

Note: Schools that have hosted a GIN conference may inquire about larger teams.

 

NOTE: YOU CAN EDIT YOUR REGISTRATION SUBMISSION UNTIL REGISTRATION CLOSE- Upon submission of the registration form you will be given a url to return to the form should you need to make changes to your registration. This means that you can begin filling out the registration form IMMEDIATELY with the information you DO have!

The $205 USD registration fee INCLUDES transfers between hotel and conference events each day, all food expenses during the conference, and participation in all conference events. NOT INCLUDED are airport transfers, flights, hotel costs, or excursions.

Step 3:  Panamanian Visa

 

 

For Panama Entry and Visa information contact your local Panamanian Consulate/Embassy

 

Please check exit requirements for your country of origin. If you are a minor traveling without parents, you will need to come prepared with a signed and notarized permission letter from your parents to travel with your GIN Advisor guardians. Every country is different, so please check this ahead of time before booking your travel to Panama.

 

With some notable exceptions, visitors from most countries do not require a visa to enter Panama (no visa required for up to 90 days). Please check Panama visa requirements before making travel plans. We strongly suggest you consult your host country’s Panama consulate or Embassy.

Step 4:  Immunizations

 

 

Make sure you have the necessary immunizations according to Panama and your host country.

 

Make sure to check entry and re-entry vaccine requirements: Be sure to check on the immunization requirements of your country!

 

 

Step 5: Reserve your Hotel Rooms ASAP

 

 

Please also clearly state when making your reservation that you are reserving your rooms under The International School of Panama reservation contract. If you do not specify this, you may not get the lower room rate we have listed.

 

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card and are subject to availability. We will be holding rooms until February 1st, therefore schools should book as promptly as possible.

Important Hotel Reservation Notes:
If your group arrives in the morning, you might not be able to check into your rooms until mid to late afternoon.  The hotel could hold your bags in a secure rooms while you go on an excursion until your room is ready.

 

Reservations must be paid in full at the time of reservation and cancellations are non-refundable. Please be certain of your team numbers when you reserve.

 

Step 6:  TRANSPORTATION RESERVATIONS & COMPANIES FOR TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT

 

We encourage schools to reserve their transportation from AIRPORT-HOTEL-AIRPORT and contact the company with respective flight details ASAP. In order to qualify for the special fee, you must indicate that you are part of the Global Issues Network Conference and you should CC ginpanama2017@gmail.com when making your reservation via email.
