How We Collaborate

Org Chart Overview

Learning and Innovation Lab Org Chart

The Learning and Innovation Lab (LIL) is charged with leading the GIN Learning process of testing, delivery and community feedback loops to ensure we engage our GINetwork and empower multiperspectivity and neurodiversity. We ensure, through our three different teams, that every learning experience we carry out and every learning tool we create will engage our network. We recognize that our network is made up of life-long learners (students, teachers, mentors) and we hope to inspire and empower them with our work. Our (r)IDEALS team stands for and creates relevant, inclusive, diverse, equitable, accessible, learning and sustainability. We champion human development and empowerment through the exploration of psychology, brain science, the Seven Styles of Learning, the 16 Habits of Mind, Design, enGINeering and Systems Thinking. The Learning and Innovation Lab works to understand how everyone learns best and applies their knowledge to reinforce GIN mindsets within each GIN resource.
