Taking into account the global nature of our team, we understand that immediate responses to all Slack messages we send out is not a realistic expectation. We are here to support and empower you, meet you where you are, and problem-solve with you. All communications regarding sensitive decisions that necessitate careful language must be approved by GIN Staff and Youth Director(s) prior to sending the message.
