Welcome to the eleventh annual Vermont Global Issues Network (GIN) Conference. The first Vermont GIN Conference was held at the Vermont State House in 2013 as a collaboration between the Governor’s office and GIN international. Student representatives from around the state were invited to attend.
Subsequently, the Governor’s office invited Rutland High School to host the GIN conference due to our Global Studies Program. We are proud to say that the last ten conferences have been held here at Rutland High School. You can view some of the previous conference themes at the links below.
This year’s conference theme –HydroGIN– is about our relationship with the World’s  WATER. However, there are many other topics that we will be exploring as well.
If you are attending in person, consult this website and you will be asked to pre-register so that we can plan for our audiences and distribute our participants among the presenters. If you are attending remotely, please notice which sessions will be available to you.  If there is a session that you are interested in that does not have a video link registration, please email us. ( see contact us page)
