          mushrooms, red peppers, and flatbread

Tabbouleh Salad

           fresh parsley, cucumber, and tomato

Vegetable Pastillas

            pulled oats and potatoes

 

…out of respect for the diverse cultures and religions of the world,

…in honor of the planet, which sufferers from an increased carbon footprint due to the practices of animal agriculture, 

…in solidarity with the billions of people who live in extreme poverty and cannot afford to eat meat on a regular basis, 

…and in support of those who choose a more plant-based diet for personal reasons.
