Global Villages: Global Villages meeting are small youth led discussion groups that occur throughout the conference. Global Village Leaders (GVLs) are instrumental in encouraging and fostering community through active and communal processing. GVLs will act to support a positive and safe learning environment. GVLs will be guiding their groups through a climate change action plan that can be applied to any project. Students will understand the pieces of an Action Plan and that this Action Plan can be used as an organizational “One-pager” to grow support and understanding of their message and method for solving global issues through their local project.
