Essential Question:
How can we create an ongoing program that will improve the lives of dogs in the shelter and simultaneously create awareness for adoption?
Impact Statement:
We have successfully contacted a shelter with approximately 50 dogs and will eventually be providing it food and basic hygiene products. Lend a Paw wants to improve and help the lives of street dogs by giving them a good living condition.

We plan on successfully serving 170 or more people by April 2017. Our main resource is monetary to buy the needed supplies, and the main method we use is fundraising activities. We collect our funds by using certain strategies, like participating in school fundraisers and using collection boxes to gather money

How will our collaboration with AmiTigra help the reforestation and preservation of La Tigra National Park?
Impact Statement:
We have successfully started working with AmiTigra and have, after long hours, calculated that we will be helping most of the honduran population after carrying out this project. As of today, Feb 10, we have come up with many ways to spread this problem to our community and aid in the reforestation of La Tigra National Park. Some of this strategies include, volunteering in the La Tigra plant nursery, plant trees, create advertising in the La Tigra community and placing posters out in the streets about forest fires, spread awareness in school, radio channels, and, if possible, create an advertisement for television.

How can we apply sustainability into changing the living conditions of the animals in our local zoo and create awareness at the same time?
Impact Statement:
We are proud to say that we have successfully served our capital city, Tegucigalpa, with one million inhabitants, from August 2016 to February 2017 by the following: OUR DREAM: To make as many changes possible in our local zoo and to transform it into a great tourist attraction OUR PURPOSE: We encourage people to find their personal connection with nature, to discover many ways of helping animals and to learn how to respect other species and their habitat. STRATEGIC ELEMENTS: Our strategic elements have guided our project over the last 7 months through fundraising activities and a lot of planning. This took part in helping us build the best local zoo for the species to live in.

Every year girl in developing countries are forced into marriage, denied the right to an education and kept from making decisions about themselves and their bodies. Our goal is to spread awareness through our community, and helping girl in our small part of the world that is Peru.

Essential Question:
What can we do to replace the toxic chemical pesticide used nowadays that are killing and intoxicating humans, plants and other organisms?
Impact Statement:
We have successfully served Club Esmeralda country club on the south of Lima where there is an approximate of 1,00 members on the months of January and February of this year (2017), donating them our organic alternative pesticide. What we did this summer was to create our own alternative pesticide made out of chilli, and thankfully we could donate approximately 20 liters already. Still, this was done after several steps of planning and meeting with them. Additionally, we actually had to research and developed our pesticide and donate it to the institution after we had contacted them made some meeting with the farmers, who agreed to use our mix. We also were effective and organized and used all our materials properly in order to meet their request of 20 liters of pesticide. For the future we want to donate our pesticide to other clubs and communities, such as Sierra Morena, so they can protect their plants with an organic, safe pesticide.

Essential Question:
How can we attach the global issues of pollution and poverty by making quilts of recycled fabric, donating them to animal shelters in need and developing a sponsor program to pair dogs and cats?
Impact Statement:
Every year we make over 1 billion tons of trash all over the world, and 30% is clothing about 300,000,000 tons of clothing. Most of the clothing and fibers are burned or trashed while less than 1% is recycled. Animals all over the world are left on the streets to live cruel and harsh lives. Our project impacted 200 domestic animals such as dogs and will also impact the amount of fabric pollution in the environment.

Essential Question:
Why is Plastic Pollution out of control and how can we promote awareness of the issue and find solutions?
Impact Statement:
Our oceans are completely polluted with plastic. Not only our wildlife is in danger, all the nations are affected as oceans currents carry plastic waste that entered our food chain. This project wants to draw attention to plastic pollution sharing information around the globe that are looking for innovative solutions to the problem. It also creates awareness about the importance to rethink plastic and recycled it to create new products. 3D Printing is changing and will change the world, if we use this innovative technology to clean and control all the plastic that we have produced there is hope for our future.
